Using the store

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment details when placing an order. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement or have the appropriate authorization. You do not need to create a customer account to contact us.

Review product dimensions, included components, and use instructions before purchasing. Product availability can change. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order, rather than a guarantee of stock or dispatch. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and provide cancellation and refund options.

The checkout shows the total before you place an order. If we discover an error in a product listing, price, or order, we will explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed with corrected terms or cancel. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher total without your agreement.
