You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email support@patioandgrove.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Return instructions

Please contact us before sending an item back. We will provide the correct return address and instructions for your order. The business correspondence address is not an automatic return destination.

Change-of-mind returns

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unassembled, and returned with its supplied accessories and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refunded for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damage, defects, or an incorrect item

Contact us when you discover a problem. Include photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label where available. Keep the packaging while we assess the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return shipping for an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.

Refunds and cancellations

Eligible returns are refunded for the amount paid for the returned item and applicable tax. We do not deduct the standard shipping cost included in the product price. We will confirm the outcome after receiving and inspecting a returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days; your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Contact us promptly to request an order cancellation. We will confirm whether the order can still be stopped; an order already dispatched may need to follow the return process.
