Delivery areas

Standard online checkout is available for eligible street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact support@patioandgrove.com before purchasing so we can check whether delivery can be arranged and provide a quote. Delivery to those states is not confirmed until we have verified a service for your address and you have accepted the quote. We do not currently offer checkout delivery to U.S. territories or military addresses. Please provide a street address; P.O. box delivery is not guaranteed.

Shipping charges and timing

Standard shipping to supported checkout addresses is included in the displayed product price. Any separately quoted delivery charge will be disclosed and accepted before payment. We will not add a shipping charge to an existing paid order without your agreement. Tracking details will be sent when available. An order with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Delays

If an order cannot ship within the stated shipment period, or within 30 days if no shipment period was stated, we will notify you before that deadline and explain the revised timing. You may agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund of the unshipped items and related charges. We will obtain your consent where required. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it, notify you, and promptly issue the applicable refund.

Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Available payment methods, delivery charges, and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before you place an order. PayPal is the currently configured online payment provider.
