Information and purposes
We process contact information, delivery and billing addresses, order details, payment status, and information you send to customer support. We use this information to fulfill orders, provide support, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. Our store platform and service providers may process device and browser information and cookies needed to operate the shopping cart, checkout, and website.
Service providers
Ecwid by Lightspeed provides the store platform. PayPal handles payments under its own privacy notice. We share information needed to fulfill an order with our supplier SaleYee and delivery providers. Customer-support messages are processed by our email service providers, Cloudflare and Microsoft. Each provider receives information appropriate to its role. Payment credentials entered with a payment provider are handled through that provider's payment flow.
Cookies and optional messages
Necessary cookies support site operation, shopping-cart features, and checkout. We have not configured Google Analytics or advertising pixels in our Ecwid store. Promotional-email signup at checkout is currently disabled. If we introduce optional analytics or marketing tools, we will update this notice and provide choices as applicable. Order and support emails relate to your purchase or request.
Retention and requests
We retain information as needed to fulfill orders, resolve disputes, provide support, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact support@patioandgrove.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may verify your request and retain information where required or permitted by law. Provider systems and order fulfillment may involve processing outside your state or country.
